Synopsis:
Jack, a former gang member, wants to turn a vacant lot into a restaurant.
King, a drug dealer, threatens him. Lady, King's murderous mistress,
tries to seduce Jack. Futuristics make sassy, psychic predictions.

MADAME ENDORA: West Indian businesswoman and Obeah priestess
CRYSTAL: earthy, practical, good-hearted, plump, and sensual
MALICIA (pronounced ma-LEE-see-ah): tough, bitchy, seductive Latina
RAUL (pronounced rah-OOL): a Latino restaurant worker, artist, and joker
BILL*: a wisecracking, idealistic cop
